Air is for cargo that cannot wait for the vessel: samples, AOG spare parts, launch stock, high-value shipments. We book the airline, issue the AWB, handle airport transfer and clear customs. If sea already meets the date, we say so — we do not sell air as a default.

Авиа — для груза, который не ждёт судно: образцы, AOG-запчасти, товар к запуску, ценные отправки. Бронируем авиакомпанию, выпускаем AWB, забираем с перрона и проводим таможню. Если море уже успевает к дате — так и скажем. Авиа «по умолчанию» не продаём.

Dubai International (DXB) for frequency and Cargo Village. Al Maktoum (DWC) when you need extra uplift or a charter. DAFZA if the cargo stays in the free zone.

Chargeable weight — actual or volumetric.

Airlines charge the higher of actual kilos and volumetric kilos (L × W × H in cm ÷ 6,000). We show both on the quote so you see why a light carton can cost more than a dense crate.

Авиакомпании берут большее из фактических кг и объёмных (Д × Ш × В в см ÷ 6 000). В ставке показываем оба числа — чтобы было видно, почему лёгкая коробка может стоить дороже плотного ящика.

When a missed shelf date, a stopped production line or a penalty costs more than the kilo rate. We will still show the sea option if it is close.

DXB or DWC — who chooses?DXB или DWC — кто выбирает?

We pick the airport with space and the better total. DXB for most general cargo. DWC for freighter uplift, charters and some oversized pieces.

Берём аэропорт, где есть место и лучше итоговая цифра. DXB — для обычного груза. DWC — фрахтовики, чартеры и часть негабарита.

Do you clear at the airport yourselves?Таможню в аэропорту делаете сами?

Yes, if clearance is on the booking. The broker is the same person on the file, not a company we call after landing.

Can you collect from the warehouse and fly the same day?Можете забрать со склада и вылететь в тот же день?

If the cargo is packed, documents are ready and the airline still has space — yes. Screening and cutoff are the limit, not our desk.
